Service Description

- *COURSE FOR TOTAL BEGINNERS / SHALLOW WATER* - Our swimming course is designed for beginners who want to learn the foundation for all swim strokes. We will learn the position on the water, sculling, push off the wall, proper work of legs and hands, coordination of movements, and smooth breathing. Our motto is swim effortlessly. No matter what age you are it's never to late to learn new skills. With friendly atmosphere and profesional coaching from Marta and Alicja you will fall in love with the water and start new journey. 1 session per week - period of 4 weeks (4 total): Friday 8:00 pm Location: National Aquatic Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 ‼️To take part in course you will need‼️ - Make a payment in full online or alternatively cash or bank transfer, - Fill Fitsmile Health Declaration form, Team Fitsmile - You would need swim equipment: -> swim hat, swim googles, and togs/swim suit, -> large/hard swim board (hard) -> pull-buoy !!PLEASE NOTE!!! *If the minimum number of participants is not met, the course will be cancelled. Please note that in the above circumstances the money will be fully refunded. Cancellation Policy

Please cancel reservations up to 2 hours before a class's starting time, PT sessions 24H. Courses, Sport Camps & Trips 48-hour return or cancellation policy from the time of purchase. Read more in T&C. If you fail to cancel a reservation/appointment and/or don't make it to class/PT session, we won't be able to refund you and we would need to charge you in full. *If the class/ appointment will be canceled for any reason, from our side, weather, sickness, your money will be fully refunded or we refer your payment to the next class. *All classes are weather permitted and we keep the right to cancel at any time. *All participants need to fill online Fitsmile Health Declaration form before taking part in any of the classes. Fitsmile is not taking any responsibility for the injury, or death of participants during the class/ Pt session.
