This website is owned and operated by Fitsmile Sport & Performance. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the purchase of training plans, professional clothes, online booking of personal training meetings, and fitness classes. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Privacy policy
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Return policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Fitsmile vests, T-shirts, water bottles, hats, buffs, gift cards.
Digital item policy
1. Coaching & Nutrition plans.*
Training programs, online coaching, and Nutrition purchased on our site are subject to a 48-hour return or cancellation policy from the time of purchase.
Online programs and coaching signed by our clients are for a minimum of
*3 months without exceptions.
2. Personal Training, Nutrition consultation & Fitness classes.*
Personal Training, Nutrition Consultation, and Fitsmile fitness classes booked via the website are 24h cancelation policies. After that period we want to be able to refund you.
Single session cancelation booked in bundles/ courses is not subject to refund.
Single and multiple Personal Training sessions, Nutrition Consultations, and courses purchased on our site are subject to a 48-hour return or cancellation policy from the time of purchase.
Personal training, courses, and personal training packages must be used within *3 months from the date of purchase.

3. Online Programs and Events.
Purchased on our site are subject to a 48-hour return or cancellation policy from the time of purchase.
4. Gift Cards.
Fitsmile Gifts Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Can be used for any goods sales on our website: clothing, classes, programs, and coaching.
Gift Cards purchased on our site are subject to a 48-hour return or cancellation policy from the time of purchase.
No exchanges or combinations with other promotion subjects only full refund.

5. Fitsmile Sports Camps and trips.
Purchased on our site are subject to a 48-hour return or cancellation policy from the time of purchase.
-a deposit of 200 euros is required before set date (non-refundable)
-the balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start date (refundable)
-please note: flights and personal insurance are not included in the price.

1. Key commercial Terms offered to the customer
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Fitsmile Sport & Performance.
